How to use
Add the powder first, then top up with water. One sachet to 500ml is the sweet spot, but anywhere from 200ml to 1 litre works to suit your taste.
- Daily hydration. One sachet to help you drink more water through the day. Up to four a day, whenever suits.
- Training days. One before, one after. Keeps you topped up without salt-loading.
- Travel, hot weather, hangovers. One with a big glass of water, repeat as needed.
- Ceiling. Up to 4 sachets across a day, safely. Space them out.
Mix any two flavours in the same glass. Cherry + Lemon and Watermelon + Berry are staff favourites.

Every sachet delivers electrolytes (potassium, sodium, chloride) plus added vitamins and zinc (vitamin C, vitamin D3, vitamin B12, zinc).
