What's in it, and is it right for me.
What's in Hydration Electrolytes (RE-01)?
Every sachet has 300mg potassium, 195mg sodium, 25mg Vitamin C, 5mcg Vitamin D3, 2.5mcg B12 and 2mg zinc. Natural flavours, a small amount of stevia for sweetness, sugar-free.
More potassium than sodium, by design. That's what makes it safe to have up to four times a day without feeling salt-loaded.
What's in Clean Magnesium 3-in-1 (RE-02)?
Three chelated forms in one capsule: Magnesium Bisglycinate, Magnesium Malate and Magnesium Citrate. Together they deliver 288mg of elemental magnesium per 3-capsule serving. That's 77% of the UK daily Nutrient Reference Value.
No oxide, no magnesium stearate, no buffers and no fillers. Vegan capsules.
Why more potassium than sodium?
Most people in the UK get plenty of sodium from food. Potassium is what tends to be in short supply. Flipping the ratio means the drink supports hydration without loading you up with more salt than you need.
Why no magnesium oxide?
Magnesium oxide is cheap and easy to compress, but poorly absorbed. Some studies show less than 4% bioavailability. Chelated forms (Bisglycinate, Malate, Citrate) are absorbed far better, so every listed milligram is actually usable.
Are they safe to take every day?
Yes. Both products are dosed for daily use. Hydration can be taken up to four times a day. Clean Magnesium is three capsules per day, typically in the evening. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, check with your GP first.
Are they vegan?
Yes. Both RE-01 and RE-02 are fully vegan. Capsules for Clean Magnesium are plant-based.
Are they gluten-free?
Yes. Both products are gluten-free. Manufactured in a GMP facility that follows strict allergen controls.
Is there any sugar?
Hydration Electrolytes is sugar-free. We use a small amount of stevia for natural sweetness. Clean Magnesium is just the three chelated forms in a vegan capsule, no sweeteners at all.
What is live now.
Is Subscribe & Save live?
Yes. Choose Subscribe & Save on any electrolyte product page or on Build a Box and save, with monthly or bi-monthly delivery. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime.
How do I change my flavours?
Log in, open "Manage subscription," and update your next delivery. You can also reply to any order email and we will sort it for you.
How do pause and skip work?
Both sit inside "Manage subscription" in your account. Skip moves your next delivery; pause holds the subscription until you restart it.
How does cancellation work?
Self-serve, from "Manage subscription" in your account. No emails, no phone calls, no retention hoops.
When does renewal charging happen?
On your delivery cycle: monthly or bi-monthly from your first order, depending on the plan you chose. You get an order confirmation email each time a renewal goes through.
When does it ship?
Orders are processed the next working day after charge and dispatched Monday to Friday by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Most customers get their box 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Will I earn rewards on my orders?
Our rewards programme is launching soon. When it goes live you will earn points on every order: one-time orders earn 2.5% back (2.5 points per £1), and Subscribe & Save earns double, a full 5% back (5 points per £1), with 100 points worth £1 to spend. We will let you know the moment it is live.
Can I use my points on my subscription?
Yes, once rewards launch. You will be able to redeem points in your account for a discount (from 100 points = £1) and apply it to your subscription so your next renewal is cheaper, or use it at checkout on a one-time order.
How do I redeem my points?
Once rewards go live, you will open the rewards area in your account, choose how much to redeem, and get a discount to use, on your next subscription renewal or at checkout. There is nothing to do yet, we will tell you when it is ready.

How much is delivery?
Subscriptions ship free on every order, whatever the value. One-time orders get free UK delivery over £30, and pay £2.99 under that, all on Royal Mail Tracked 48. Want it quicker? Upgrade to Premium delivery for £1.50 at checkout.
When will I get my order?
Royal Mail Tracked 48, so 1-2 working days after dispatch, or upgrade to Premium delivery for £1.50 at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday usually ship the same day. Bank holidays are excluded.
Do you ship internationally?
UK only for now. International is on the roadmap, but we want to get the domestic experience right first.
What's your returns policy?
30-day money-back guarantee. Unopened or opened, both are fine. Email info@recuperol.co.uk and we'll sort a return label. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Email info@recuperol.co.uk with a photo of the parcel. We'll send a replacement on the next dispatch and take care of the courier side. You don't need to return the damaged one.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Yes, Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivers to UK PO boxes. Just enter the PO box as your shipping address at checkout.
Who we are and how we operate.
Where are you based?
UK-based. Rory, the founder, runs the team from the UK. Our electrolytes are blended and made in the UK, and Clean Magnesium is encapsulated in the UK. Everything is made by UK contract manufacturers to GMP standards.
Who makes Recuperol?
Recuperol is a small UK business started by Rory. Manufacturing is handled by UK contract partners working to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
Are you third-party tested?
Our Clean Magnesium 3-in-1 goes to Eurofins for independent testing on every batch, and future supplements like creatine will too. Certificates of analysis are available on request.
What's the Eurofins thing?
Eurofins is one of the largest independent testing networks in the world, with 900+ labs in 50+ countries. They test our Clean Magnesium 3-in-1 (and creatine when it launches) for label-claim accuracy and purity. Certificates of analysis are available on request.
Do you have a physical shop?
Not yet. For now it's online only. If that changes, this page will be the first to say so.
