Our 30-day money-back promise

We want you to feel good about every order. If Recuperol isn't right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund – whether the product is unopened or you've opened it and given it a proper try.

How to start a return

Email us at info@recuperol.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Return postage is on us – you won't pay anything to send it back.

Your refund

Once your return reaches us, we'll refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 working days. We don't deduct anything for opened packs or used sachets.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we'll put it right with a full refund or a free replacement – including any delivery costs – in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. A quick photo helps us sort it faster.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are fully flexible: skip, pause, change or cancel anytime from your account, with no lock-in and no cancellation fees. See our Subscription Terms for details.
