Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out our online contact form with your order number before sending a return. Any returns received without prior notice will not be accepted.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you purchased a product that contains multiple sachets and one or more sachets have been used or opened, the cost of each used sachet will be deducted from your refund. The cost per sachet is calculated based on the price paid for the pack. For example, if you purchased an 8-pack for £8 and used 1 sachet, £1 (i.e., £8 divided by 8) will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Faulty or Defective Goods
Any defective or faulty goods will be eligible for a refund or replacement. Once approved, we will cover costs associated with sending the faulty product back. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Recuperol takes no responsibility for goods that it hasn’t received.
