Subscription T&C's

Once signed up to our subscription service, the customer will be on a flexible monthly-rolling subscription. Cancellation is allowed at any point after the first 14 days but it can take up to 3 working days (72 hours) to complete said request. Customers cannot cancel their subscription before receiving their first product. The customer will still be charged for any box which has been dispatched before we have received notice of cancellation.

To pause or cancel the subscription visit your online account or alternatively, send an email to containing the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Name

If the customer has decided to cancel their subscription but the monies has already left their bank account, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel before the 72 working hour period to ensure the monies does not leave their bank account. We have no obligation to repay or refund for any subscriptions that have been paid and we are not liable for any losses the customer could potentially face whilst cancelling the subscription.
